These Terms & Conditions govern your use of hydrowasherx5pro.com and any purchase made from HydroWasherX5Pro.
By placing an order or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
All prices displayed on hydrowasherx5pro.com are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, except that orders already confirmed will be honoured at the price displayed at time of checkout.

By completing a purchase on our website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Hong Kong law.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, PayMe, FPS (Faster Payment System), and bank transfer. All payments are processed in HKD via a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway using 256-bit SSL encryption.
Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided. This constitutes our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., in cases of suspected fraud or error in pricing).
We deliver to all 18 districts of Hong Kong including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and most outlying islands. We do not currently ship internationally.
All orders to Hong Kong addresses are delivered free of charge. No minimum order value applies.
If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, your parcel will be held at a local collection point for 7 days. After this period, the parcel will be returned and a re-delivery fee of HK$50 may apply.
We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your HydroWasherX5Pro for any reason, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to request a refund.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included. Items showing signs of misuse or intentional damage may not qualify for a full refund.
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, we will offer a free replacement or full refund at your choice. Contact us immediately upon discovering any defect.
The HydroWasherX5Pro comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover:

To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, HydroWasherX5Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product that is the subject of the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law including the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) and the Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance (Cap. 457).

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
