🚚 Hong Kong Delivery: All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Hong Kong. Standard delivery within Hong Kong takes 3–5 business days from the date of order confirmation. Free shipping applies to all orders placed today.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
  • A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather or public holidays.
  • In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you with an estimated restock date or issue a full refund.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • All HydroWasher X5 Pro products come with a 90-day risk-free money-back guarantee.
  • If you are not fully satisfied, contact us within 90 days of delivery at support@hydrowasherX5pro.com to initiate a return.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Free gifts included with the order are yours to keep regardless of whether you return the main product.
  • Return shipping costs within Hong Kong are covered by us. Please contact support for a prepaid return label.
